During my last session in Hvide Sande I made a quick stop at the fjord.
The Rinkøbing Fjord is a like a big saltwater lake with shallow water for miles.. Its an ideal learning place for the whole family and offers many spots , completely equidded with all kind of surf facilities. In the summer you are sure never to go out alone.. Thousands of tourist, many germans, travel to the fjord every summer.
You will see a wide variety of skills, from complete beginners to skilled freestylers . In Hvide Sande westerly wind are blowing offshore at the fjord, making the wind pretty gusty but the water calm..
Summer winds bring out all sorts of equipment - I love it !
