My local surfclub hosted a windsurf-race event wich is a part og the national danish racing series.
Absolutely no wind in my backyard, but crammed the sweating kids into the car anyway and we went to the beach. Lots of big sails and boards at the beach and they managed to run one race allthough the wind was barely noticeable at the beach.
