Danish superracer Casper Steinfath finished second in the long distance race at the world championships in Peru yesterday. Narrowly beaten on the finshline by Austalian Jamie Mitchell.

Rafting and Surfing

First of a little animation I played with yesterday, turned out pretty need, I think

A new organisation trying to organise diffrent grassroots within surfing, SUP and Rafting in Denmark has seen the ligth of day.
I highly recommend everyone with an interest in surfing, SUP'ing and rafting to take a look at the new site.

Winter is back!

Winter is officially back on the menu, after one last session with a little warmth we are back deep into negative temperatures.

We managed tosneak in a quick session before it got to cold. Lars snapped a few shots with his brand new GO-Pro black Edition

I am officially jealous

On the Hawaiian Islandsthe swell seems to be pumping. The standupworldtour has its first stop at the famous Sunset beach on Oahu, be sure to follow the livestream.
Danish viking Casper Steinfath progressed to the fourth round  with some impressing display of skills.

Weekend lookback

Lots of action over the weekend and the first days of this week.. Waves have been pumping and yesterday the wind was howling..

Friday recap

So we have had one week of relative mild tempratures and westerly winds and not to forget swell. It  still gets dark around 17.00 so it is quite a challenge to get out after work.

Well known waterman Lars Petersen posted a few windsurfshots on his facebook midweek and had me ictching to get in the water.

It wasn't until friday I had the oppurtunity to get in the water myself. No wind but nice waves meant SUP action in Hvide Sande. The little lefthander was working really well on the inside of the new pier. During the session I also found a small right-hand wave breaking and had it all to myself.

In the end I shot a few pictures of my friend Lars..
